RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

 

 

Myayla.com and Ayla Boutique will not take returns on any product once purchased. We will allow exchanges up to 14 days from the time the item was purchased only if the product is returned with original tags still in place and the original receipt that was given to you when the item was purchased. If you have received a item that has been damaged or has a defect of some type, we will return your money only after we have deemed there was a problem with the item before the time of purchase or during the time of shipment. We must be notified PROIR to the 14 day period for any type of return or exchange by email ayla@myayla.com or phone (408)378-8558 to ensure your return/exchange is processed.
